PARSEC EVO 1000

Milan, September 2013 – „Lucio Mastroberardino“ innovation contest – of all candidates, 23 were selected by the Scientific Technical Committee and were awarded during the SIMEI-ENOVITIS exhibition.

PARSEC is among the 23 winners and was awarded the prize for new technologies with EVO 1000 device for control of the dissolved gases flow.

A few examples of the use of EVO 1000:

• Deoxygenation of wine through automatic compensation, according to the temperature.
• Adding carbon dioxide in still wine through compensation, according to the temperature.
• Aeration of wine at low temperature.
• Aeration of wine in an autoclave or before an isobaric closure device.
