Adig presents its team of professionals, who are well known among oenologists and wine producers in Bulgaria and have proven their professionalism over time and have transformed their work into a lifestyle. At customers‘disposal is the laboratory of Station Oenotechnique de Champagnе as well as a group of French oenologists who help its customers. Adig‘s team of oenologists visits and consults independently and together with French specialist the customers from Bulgaria and Macedonia regarding processes at all stages of vinification in manufacturing conditions in order to share knowledge for the use of products and for the achievement of results desired by customers.
The founder of ADIG and ADIG PRO established the family business in 1993 and is still running the company today. He is driven by his love for wine and interest in ancient traditions of wine manufacturing. His dynamic activity and active contacts have created long-lasting and stable relationships with customers, who became his friends owing to the atmosphere of loyalty and trust.
She started work for the company in 1999. Participated in company‘s growth over the years, liaises with current and new foreign partners. Keeps permanent contact with customers regarding their requests and implementation of needed supplies. Fluent in French.
Bachelor of Macroeconomics. An employee of ADIG since 2003, dedicated to the preservation and development of the family business. He combines management of economic department of the company with maintenance and development of contacts with foreign partners. Fluent in English.
She graduated the University of Food Technologies in 2005, master in FPT and in 2007 defended a MA thesis in Technology of wine. She has been part of ADIG team since 2006. With her thorough knowledge, continuous development and experience from collaboration with French oenologists, she offers timely and qualitative advice to customers concerning various oenological practices. Fluent in French and English.
