Stabtar – Automatic system for stabilization and acidification of wine

STABTAR

Martin Vialatte Œnologie is well known to Bulgarian wine producers now only for its high quality green products, but also for its equipment: STABTAR - which the company presented in Bulgaria together with its partner ADIG EOOD in the period 17-21.02.2014.

STABTAR is a system of ion-exchanging resins, which supports the achievement of partial or complete stabilization of wines against crystal turbidity, as well as increased titratable and actual acidity (lowering of pH).
